Guests greet the day in our main dining room overlooking the Smoky Mountains. The experience starts with an appetizer or fruit plate or fruit salad and homemade muffins warm from the oven. There’s plenty of hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate and a variety of fruit juices to choose from.

Next, our entrée menu offers four hearty items from which guests may choose: sweet dishes such as pancakes, French toast or waffles; a special egg dish like an omelet or a soufflé; eggs cooked to order; hot or cold cereal.
